oh i got an email from the iq people

it says 125-134 = university graduates

i suppose that is fairly accurate but i was hoping for something like 155-164 = nobel prize winners.

so an insight into my mind...

Strengths and weaknesses
Your highest score was in General Knowledge
Exceptional intelligence does not gaurantee results -- to achieve excellence you must fully understand your strengths and learn to maximize your efforts. Knowing your greatest intellectual strength may give you insight into how you can improve your learning process, work better with others, or become more self aware of your abilities. According to this test your general knowledge skills are the most developed of all your intellectual capabilitites - your knowledge of commonly known things such as important historical events and figures is your biggest strength.

Your lowest score was in Short Term Memory
Weaknesses are the roadblocks we face when trying to achieve our goals. Awareness of your weakness allows you to predict problems and find solutions ahead of time, thereby alleviating future headaches. According to this test your short term memory skills are the most under developed of all your intellectual capabilitites - your capability to retrieve facts and use them in solving problems is your biggest weakness.

Note my general knowledge was well above any other ojectively measurable ability (except classification which i did quite well in) but well above verbal, mathematatics, spatial, logic, visualisation....and miles ahead of my short term memory ability. I guess it comes down to too much time playing trivial pursuit and not enough time remebering where i put my keys...

It's good to know that most of my intelligence came from a cardboard box made by parker brothers.
