I believe it is a skit from Full Frontal a 90's sketch comedy show, that aired on chanel 7. Magda Szubanski used to do a skit as a lady who would always look into the distance and say..

But it could have been aired on Fast Forward, the earlier show that had pretty much the same cast as Full Frontal.
