I went to see dig last night a movie about the Dandy Warhols and the Brian Jonestown Massacre. I thought it was good, although maybe it coulda been better. I think it coulda really exploited the crap side of record companies but maybe that wasn't the point, it actually made them look like poor souls having to deal with a bunch of wankers all the time. The singer in the brian jonestown massacre is a fruit loop...the tambourine player is hilarious. the dandy warhols come across as pretentious wankers...but that only enhanced what i already thought of them. Courtney Taylor Taylor is really hot but he's such a dick! and whats with the Taylor Taylor bit. Obviously his parents are a bunch of wankers too. Anyway I think 'the brian jonestown massacre' is one of the best names i've heard for a band and possibly better than the name 'giants of science' - what an anti-climax that name turned out to be... it doesn't say metal to me.
