i dont understand the new lockout laws that they are introducing in VIC and NSW and ultimately here too. I hate these stupid laws that they are starting to create where they ban some perfectly normal behaviour to stop some other form of bad behaviour. Banning the mexican wave to stop people thowing cups. seriously. firstly how the fuck are you gunna stop a mexican wave secondly what will you be fined with? standing when the person next to you stood and sitting down when they sat. um so lockout laws what are we doing? my understanding is this is developed to create 2 options for people after 2 am ie stay in the pub or go home and this is a law they come up with to supposedly counteract 1. binge drinking? uh hello?? As for druken disorderly behavoiur on the street...if you dont let the drunk man back into the pub, pretty sure the drunk man will be angry.
