I'm writing this entry at woods. Tim has a blurry screen.

Paul did the obsucure band thing and and got pianosaurus whereas i got the strokes for Paul. Nai got hefner whereas i got the strokes for Nai. Tim got the strokes when he did it, so i was successful with that one, but then again he is here right now playing strokes on his guitar, i'm not sure this was that hard to predict in the first place. I thought james might let me know on his blog what he got for himself but he didn't :(

Tim's printer doesn't like A flat, it seems to shake a lot when it hears A flat

Went to rehearsal before and locked my keys in my car so jon had to drive me home and back to his house again. Jon got really freaked out by lightning which he thought was a speeding ticket and then got really freaked out by a rainbow because it made a full arch as opposed to a half arch and then said the trip to my house and back was worth a beer. When i told him i had bought him a beer for no particular reason on the weekend, the lift was worth at least two beers.

Trade week began today, crows have nothing to show for it as yet.

that kinda contradicts what i said - child-like and not terribly deep and that things i spoke about were pointless but i spose i am a bit left wing

oh and Decision Dog doesn't like Mercury Rev, John farnham or Barnesy but enjoys the Beatles
oh Decision Dog also agreed that Decision Dog is spastic.

Oh and Dave wasn't at soccer because he was sick. Paul said that Dave said that the Mercury Rev singer put a spell on him. Why didn't i get a spell?

anyway as i was saying, i went to see mitch play soccer tonight and they have a new goalie called Shane. Shane is a good goalie but has a high pitched voice. He says "who want's it?" a lot.

I dont really know what to write about
the highlight of my day was that i received some new work uniforms
i decided not to go to kickboxing tonight cos i stuffed my ankle again at netty last night
i'm starting to crave carbohydrates because my food regime is getting quite repetitive
i may end up looking like banana and coffee

this is a list of different things i eat at certain mealtimes
for breakfast: (one of the below)
-honey on rye + banana + coffee
-banana on rye + coffee

for lunch: (one of the below)
-tuna salad (tomato, avocado, cucumber, greensees lemon and pepper tuna in springwater) + banana + coffee
-wholegrain sandwich (no butter) with tomato, avocado and cucumber, sometimes i add ham and swiss cheese + banana + coffee
-fruit salad with banana, kiwi, orange, strawberry and rockmelon + no fat yoghurt + coffee
when i'm feeling like i haven't been very good i have
-1xcarrot and 2X banana + coffee

for tea:
i have most things except i avoid pasta and potato, after tea i have a banana and a coffee
on pasta night/day wednesday and sunday i have a soldier egg with rye + banana + coffee

bananas are filling, while coffee supresses your appetite

ive decided i have to marry the concept mercury rev
i think i have some sort of obsessive disease or something
i tend to get very obsessed with things
i am clearly obsessed with mercury rev
i cant help it i am so in love
