Did you know that 'quail' will get you 34 points in scrabble if you put the 'q' on a triple letter score. I did, and that’s why I beat my housemate in scrabble early on Friday night. b was awarded with 'play of the day' but unfortunately there were no awards for my dear housemate.....oh how she cried and cried 'if i had one more shot i would have beaten you both'...we could see she was deeply wounded so we suggested we play trivial pursuit and allow her to take the win....oh how it brought me joy to see her smile again.
