Today my old mouse was replaced with a new one and that is the most exciting that has happened today.

I was reading on dit last night whilst waiting for Amanda at the Exeter and read the most disturbing thing ive ever read. Amanda got there while I was half way through reading the article so I never really discovered why this article was in the Adelaide university newspaper. And actually I’m not sure I would have been so disturbed if there was no picture to go with the story. It was about a lady who fell pregnant to her lover and was worried what her husband might do to her so she hired someone to do a backyard abortion on her. It all went wrong and the person doing the abortion left her to die in a hotel room. The picture was of her and how she was found. Oh ah ow.

woops
ok here's an example- i was at mojo on the weekend. Anyway i was chatting to a guy i met a little earlier at the grace and he introduced me to his friend. The 3 of us got into a conversation about being at mojo and i started with "my god this place used to be the best, i used to come here every week, but now it's just no good..." then i got interrupted by the grace guy and he says "i wouldn't say that cos this guy here (ie his friend) owns it", the guy looked offended, i was embarrassed, it was very awkward. He started back at me with, "things go up and down" and i was like "yeh thats true". I started bringing out the "dont ever gid rid of the foos ball table, i love the foos ball table", i asked him if he was gonna get some comps going again and he said they would very soon. I tried everything but was basically digging a hole. In the end the owner got interrupted by a friend and i was able to walk off and avoid him for the rest of the night. Anyway that's woops.

WOO-OOPS is when you walk into your first italian lesson, the first tuesday after the incident to find out the guy who owns mojo has also signed up to do italian AND the only seat left in the room is on his table. I mean what are the fucking chances? I'd say less than quad aces getting cracked by a royal flush.

Anyway he either did not recognise me or pretended to not recognise me. I'm happy with that.
