while i was away they gave me some sort of pay review. what sort of organisation is this?? Not only was i not there for it but I got rated for performance by my big boss in sydney. Note this is a guy who doesn't know me and doesn't know what i do and he gave me a rating. Apparently i was given a pretty average rating. My local manager found out and rang up and had my rating upped to the highest possible rating. Hate to think what a guy in sydney who doesn't know me was rating me on. My name? i thought Tanya was at least worth a 7.

so sang another song today it goes "I will follow him, follow him whereve he may go" so it's goodbye leeds, hello boro. aw maybe he'll be in a team that might win from time to time. Maybe he'll be just what boro needs. he'll be a hero, a shining star, he'll do things that he never had the opportunity to do with leeds, the people in his home country will embrace him like they embrace the twat that went to liverpool.
